What is your warranty policy?
Equipment Warranty Policy

At CrazyGoodBuy.com ("CGB"), we stand behind the quality of the equipment we sell. Warranty coverage varies by product category and installation method as outlined below.
Gas Equipment Warranty
Installed by CLE Restaurant Service (CRT)
- All gas equipment installed by CLE Restaurant Service (CRT) carries a twelve (12) month limited PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY from the date of installation.
- Warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.
Not Installed by CRT
- All gas equipment not installed by CLE Restaurant Service (CRT) carries a twelve (12) month limited PARTS WARRANTY ONLY.
- Labor, service calls, diagnostics, travel time, and installation-related issues are not covered.
Electric & Refrigeration Equipment Warranty
- All new electric and refrigeration equipment carries a twelve (12) month limited PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
- Labor coverage, if applicable, is determined by the individual manufacturer's policy.
- Refrigeration equipment must be installed by a qualified, licensed technician in accordance with local code and manufacturer specifications.
Electric & Refrigeration Warranty Conditions
- Failure to properly level, ventilate, or maintain the unit may void warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to improper electrical supply, inadequate clearance, lack of routine cleaning (including condenser maintenance), or installation in non-commercial environments unless approved by the manufacturer.
- Any modification, misuse, relocation damage, or use inconsistent with manufacturer guidelines voids warranty coverage.
General Warranty Terms
- Warranty applies to commercial use only unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Proof of purchase and installation documentation may be required.
- Warranty service must be approved prior to repair. Unauthorized repairs may void coverage.
- Shipping charges, consumable parts, and cosmetic damage are not covered unless determined to be a manufacturer defect.
Is your equipment new or used?
The vast majority of our inventory is brand-new, factory-sealed equipment with the full manufacturer warranty. We source directly from manufacturers, buy overstock, and purchase in volume — that's how we keep prices 40–50% below traditional dealers. If an item is used or refurbished, it's clearly labeled in the product listing.
How can your prices be so much lower than competitors?
We operate out of a single warehouse at 15901 Industrial Parkway in Cleveland, OH. We don't have showrooms, large sales teams, or retail overhead. We buy direct from manufacturers, purchase overstock and closeouts, and pass the savings through. Every item ships with the same manufacturer warranty you'd get from a traditional dealer.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All new equipment includes the full manufacturer warranty — the same coverage you'd receive buying from any authorized dealer. Warranty details vary by manufacturer and are listed on each product page. Our team can help you with any warranty claims at 800-453-6750.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $500 ship free anywhere in the continental United States. For orders under $500, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item size and your location. Most items ship via freight carrier and include liftgate delivery to your curb. If you're local to Cleveland, free warehouse pickup is also available.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock items ship from our Cleveland warehouse within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — typically 3–7 business days for the continental US after the item ships. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Can I return an item?
Yes. New, unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply for items shipped via freight. Do you offer financing?
Yes. Through our partner SilverChef, you can finance equipment starting at $19/month with their Rent-Try-Buy program. No lengthy business history is required. You can apply directly on any product page or visit our Financing page for more details.
